Fibrinogen adsorption to C6-ceramide-coated films was decreased compared to paclitaxel-coated or bare films. (A) A smaller mass of fibrinogen was adsorbed on C6-ceramide coated polymer films than on paclitaxel-coated or bare films. (B) Surface-adsorbed fibrinogen mass was used to calculate fibrinogen layer thickness on polymer films according to the Voight model (according to reference [12]), n = 3.
