Plasma and cells lysates were fractionated on TPS columns, as in Figure 4. Western blot band intensity was quantified on a Storm 840 imaging system with ImageQuant TL software, and the relative amount of each apolipoprotein in the free and bound fractions was calculated from two sets of blots, each done in triplicate. Values are mean and standard deviation.
