In vivo optical imaging of colivelin (CLN) labeled with Alexa680 (CLN-Alexa680). Pregnant female mice (E14) were i.p. administered with saline or saline containing 7 nmol of CLN-Alexa680. Thirty minutes after the injection, mice were optically imaged with Optix MX2 (A). The uterus was then dissected from the mice and imaged (B).
