In situ RNA hybridization of selected R versus C regions of E15.5 DETs. ISH was performed on (a-m) E15.5 and (n-t) E11.5 to P150 brains. (g-m) Coronal sections that are generated from the rostral to caudal axis; (a-f, s-t) sagittal sections.
