Fluorescein-HA binding

EDTA-isolated Hyal2 overexpressing (BB16Hy2+) cells and control (BB16mock) cells were incubated with 50 μg/ml fluorescein-HA for 1 h at 4 °C without or with 1000 μg/ml non-fluorescent HA, extensively washed, and analyzed using FACS. The threshold level of fluorescence of HA-positive cells was determined. The table shows the percentage of HA-positive cells as means ± S.E. of four experiments in each group.
