PKA activates Rap1 in thyroid cells. PCCL3 thyroid cells were starved for 16 h in basal Coon's medium and 0.2% bovine serum albumin, followed by stimulation with the PKA-specific cAMP analog N6-benzoyl-cAMP (300 μm). Lysates were prepared and processed for RalGDS RBD pulldown assays as described in the legend to Fig. 1.
