A repeated-measures ANOVA using Tukey's post hoc analysis demonstrated that the P value for Spa15 secretion in BS906 relative to BS905 is 0.01. The P value for Spa15 secretion in BS907 relative to BS905 is 0.002. The P value for the difference in Spa15 secretion between BS906 and BS907 is <0.001.
