Demethylcurcumin, but not C95 curcumin, prevented TNF- α–induced CXCL10 and CXCL11 expression in HMEC cells. HMEC-1 cells were seeded in six-well plates (0.5 × 106/well). DC or C95 was added to the cells for 24 h followed by activation with TNF-α for 6 h (mRNA expression, A and B) or 24 h (protein expression, C and D).
