H. end. cells were cultured and treated with 0.6 μM GMZ as described under “Material and Methods”. (A) The effects of GMZ on cell growth were determined by the MTT assay. (B) Cell viability was evaluated by trypan blue viability assays. (C) Cell cycle distribution profiles of control cells and cells treated with 0.6 μM GMZ for 12 hours. (D) Effects of GMZ treatment on the state of Rb phosphorylation in H. end. cells using Western blot analysis. The results are representative of at least three independent experiments.
