LPA2+/- mice exhibit a decrease in cell numbers and eosinophils in BAL fluids. After wild type, LPA1+/-, and LPA2+/- mice (n = 4-6) were challenged with or without Schistosoma mansoni eggs at day 11, as described in Materials and Methods, BAL fluids were collected and total cell numbers were accounted (A).
