ARAP1 in vitro substrate specificity

C₅₀ values for PH1-Ank recombinant protein were determined using Arf1, Arf5, and Arf6 as substrates in Arf GAP reactions containing 500 μm LUVs. Both myristoylated and non-myristoylated recombinant Arfs were used as indicated. The data presented are the average ± S.E. of three experiments. Numbers in parentheses represent the number of experiment.
