Reaction of BFDC with 3-PKB monitored by stopped-flow CD. BFDC (33.2 μM) in buffer B was mixed on a stopped-flow CD with an equal volume of 10 mM 3-PKB in the same buffer at 30 °C. The reaction was monitored for 200 s at 435 nm with a path length of 1 cm and slit width of 2 nm. 5000 data points were collected at 0.012 s interval.
