A, The indicated cell lines were treated with the given concentrations of perifosine (PRFS) for 8 h. B, The given cell lines were treated with 10 µM (H157) or 5 µM (H460) perifosine for the given times. C, H460 cells were exposed to 10 µM perifosine for the indicated times. After the aforementioned treatments, the cells were then harvested for preparation of whole cell protein lysates and subsequent Western blot analysis.
