Exponentially growing cells were five-fold serially diluted, spotted onto YPD plates containing bleomycin with indicated concentrations and incubated at 30°C for 3 days. TI represents type I survivors derived from each mutant spore colonies, and all the others are pre-senescent spore colonies.
