Haplotypes with frequency less than 1% are not listed. P values were calculated with the χ2 test using a 2×2 contingency table. In the table, SUvs.SN represents sarcoid uveitis versus sarcoid non-uveitis, SUvs.C represents sarcoid uveitis versus control, and SNvs.C represents sarcoid non-uveitis versus control. The asterisk indicates calculation using Fisher's Exact Test.
