In vitro –1 translational frameshifting efficiency as a function of doxorubicin concentration. Frameshifting efficiencies at each compound concentration were determined by an average of at least 10 independent experiments. Data were fit to a linear regression line with a best-fit slope of −0.0256, an ordinate-intercept of 4.63 and an overall r2 value of 0.787. Error bars indicate the SEM for each data point.
