Performance using CAGE data as reference set for mouse chromosome 19 (12 357 locations). Predictions must be within 100 base pairs of the tag. As reference set, we used all locations with two or more CAGE tags. Where scores were available, a range of cut-offs were used to plot performance at increasing specificity.
