Misexpression of dLMO using Ser-G4 to drive expression of EP 1394 at the D-V boundary during third instar. (A) Immunohistochemistry using an antibody against the Ct protein demonstrates loss of continuity in the developing wing margin of third instar wing discs. Anti-Ct antibody, similar to wg-lacZ (Fig. 4A), stains the D-V boundary in wild-type wing discs.
