Deuterium uptake as a function of ND3 pressure of charge state +10 (circles), +11 (triangles) and +12 (boxes) of lysozyme in both reduced (open) and intact (solid) forms. The presence of intact disulfide bonds in lysozyme ions causes a significantly decreased deuterium uptake of the [M+10]10+ and [M+11H]11+ charge states.
