A) Nutlin-3 does not induce a DNA damage response in HCT116 cells. HCT116 cells were treated for 24 hours with 5FU or Nutlin-3 as indicated and stained for γH2AX (red). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). B) HCT116 cells treated with 5FU, or Nutlin-3 were quantified for γH2AX staining by flow cytometry. Cells within the square analysis region are defined as γH2AX positive.
