Inhibition of proliferation of other cell types by Bac-ELP1-p21. MCF-7 and Panc-1 cells were treated with the indicated concentration of Bac-ELP1-p21 at 37 or 42 °C, and cell proliferation was determined 3 days later using the MTS assay.
