Effect of flavonoids on ¹²⁵I-thrombin binding to platelets. Washed platelets were incubated with ¹²⁵I-thrombin (4 nM) in the presence of increasing concentrations of unlabelled thrombin or flavonoids as competitors. The plot represents the resultant dose-dependent displacement curve of the specific binding obtained with unlabelled thrombin and the lack of interaction between tested flavonoids and thrombin receptors. Data were obtained from three different experiments.
