Relative levels of mRNA for PPARγ in ovarian tissue collected from FORKO mice. Tissues were collected and processed as described in the Methods from animals with two (+/+), one (+/-) or no (-/-) alleles for the FSH receptor. Animals were aged either 3 weeks (3 w) or 3 months (3 m) when tissues were collected (n = 3 animals/genotype/age group). Data are presented as means ± SEM.
