The table lists the most significant age-regulated co-expression modules containing 2, 3, or 5 genes. Values in this table are interpreted in the same way as those listed in Table 2, except here the M statistic reflects responsiveness of a module to aging (rather than CR). Additional File 11 provides a more detailed description of these and other co-expression modules that emerged as significantly associated with aging.
