The migration and hyperproliferation rules at cellular level were blocked respectively in two in virtuo experiments and the virtual epidermal wound was then simulated 400 interactions. (A) Migration distance and (B) percentage of the wound area that covered by epidermal cells were used to evaluate the influences of the block of migration or hyperproliferation rules on epidermal wound healing.
