Western blot analysis of whole cell lysates of cells induced for RNAi against various ORFs. Typically RNAi was performed for 24–48 hours and cells lysed in Laemmli sample buffer prior to fractionation and transfer to membrane. Antigens were detected as described in methods and quantitated by densitometry. Data are representative of at least two separate inductions. Lane images have been manipulated for presentation purposes; all lanes for each RNAi were derived from the same membrane.
