PMA and TSLP did not induce PGD2 secretion from MoDCs. MoDCs were incubated with (A) PMA (1 μmol/L) or (B) TSLP (50 ng/ml) for up to 24 hours. Neither of these stimuli induced PGD2 secretion, while mRNA expression of H-PGDS, cPLA2, Cox-1, and Cox-2 was elevated. Results after 6 and 24 hours of incubation with PMA and results after 1 and 6 hours of incubation with TSLP are shown, respectively. Experiments were repeated three times. *P < 0.05.
