Synergistic effects of PGD2 and IFN-γ on CCL22/macrophage-derived chemokine expression in keratinocytes. Normal human keratinocytes were stimulated for the indicated periods with IFN-γ (10 ng/ml) and/or PGD2 (10 μmol/L). PGD2 significantly enhanced CCL22/macrophage-derived chemokine mRNA synthesis in keratinocytes stimulated with IFN-γ. Representative results of two separate experiments are shown. *P < 0.05.
