The graph possesses seven peaks, with correlation values as high as 0.63, at every 51.4°. (B) The horizontal axis represents the rotational angle of the image (0° to 360°), and the perpendicular axis represents the correlation coefficient. No clear peak is visualized. Only a small peak is observed at a 180° angle. This indicates that HlyA50 is asymmetric.
