Kinetic analysis of the infection of primary PBLs by the ΔcPPT-CTS mutant. Virions were produced as described above and used to infect PHA-IL-2-stimulated PBLs. Cells were analyzed at the indicated time postinfection by flow cytometry or lysed and analyzed by PCR, as indicated. Graphs present values obtained in 3 independent experiments.
