Luciferase activities driven by different promoter constructs were assayed by coinfection of HzNV-1 virus or cotransfected with hhi1 construct (Fig. 6A) in Sf-21 cells. (C) Virus titers estimated from latently infected cells. Latently infected cells were transfected with plasmids expressing several viral early genes, and virus titers were determined at 72 hpt. Sf-21 cells were also infected with HzNV-1 as a control.
