Proteolytic processing of polyprotein pp220 in v62i-infected cells. COS cells were mock infected (lane M) or infected with the parental BA71V or with the recombinant v62i in the presence (+) or absence (−) of 0.5 mM IPTG. At 12 hpi, the cells were lysed, resolved by SDS-PAGE, and analyzed by Western blotting using antibodies against the polyprotein pp220-derived products p150 and p34 and the protein p54 as a loading control.
