Confirmation of PABPC1 interactions with HSV-1 proteins ICP27, VP5, and UL47. Proteins from mock- or HSV-1-infected cells were immunoprecipitated with mouse IgG1 (mIgG) or anti-ICP27 (A), anti-VP5 (B), or anti-Flag (C) antibodies (the antibodies used for IP are indicated in shaded boxes), resolved by 4 to 12% PAGE, and probed with the indicated antibodies.
