(A) At 2 weeks after i.v. injection of 2.5 × 106 GFP/luciferase-bearing MOLM13 cells, nude mice were randomized and treated with EX, Ara-C (100 mg/kg i.p. every other day), or EX plus Ara-C for 3 weeks, and survival was estimated by Kaplan and Meier analysis as described in Methods.
