Chlorophyll content and composition following acclimation

Leaves of Arabidopsis were grown for 8 weeks at 100 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹ light and then either maintained at 100 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹ for a further 9 d (LL) or transferred to an irradiance of 400 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹ (HL). Data represent the mean ± se of eight replicates. Significance of results was tested using a Student's t test.
