C/EBPδ increases NGF mRNA content in C6–2B glioma cells. C6–2B cells were transfected with 30 μg of either pMEX or pMEX-C/EBPδ expression vectors. Relative levels of NGF and FGF2 mRNAs were determined and normalized to the amount of cyclophilin mRNA.
