Detection of DBH protein by immunohistochemistry/confocal microscopy in monkey oocytes. The DBH immunoreactivity (developed with fluorescein isothiocyanate to a green color) appears to be predominantly in subcellular granule-like structures adjacent to the cell membrane (arrowheads).
