(B) In contrast, the expression of Amigo2 in hippocampus is intense only in the CA2 region. (C) Rasd2 (Chr 8, 78.1 Mb) is cis-modulated in hippocampus of the BXD panel (LRS = 23.7, Hippocampus Consortium M430v2: June06, probe set 1427343_at). (D) Amigo2 is located on Chr 15 at 97.1 Mb and is modulated by a trans QTL on Chr 8 at 78.7 Mb (LRS = 27, probe set 1434601_at) overlapping Rasd2. The left scale represents the LRS.
