Surface plasmon resonance detection of the interaction of wt DnaK, DnaK R167H, and DnaK R167A with wt DnaJ or DnaJD35N. An increase in resonance units (RU) indicates binding in real time of the injected DnaK protein to DnaJ protein immobilized on the sensor chip.
