UBE2S mutant perturbs APC activity in functional cell extracts. (A) 35S-labeled securin and geminin were assayed for degradation in mitotic phase HeLa cell extracts that have been supplemented with wild-type or dominant-negative UbcH10 and UBE2S, or Emi1, as indicated.
