Erythropoietin plasmid (pCEF1αI-mEPO-attB: Figure 7A) was co-delivered with pVAX1-Int / pVAX1 via the intravenous route into mice (n = 4 per group). (A) Blood hematocrit values were measured at subsequent time points post gene delivery. Untreated mice were included as reference at every time point.
