Gel shift showing the PEG-aldehyde capture 3^′-ONH₂ reversible terminator extended on SNP templates. 14% PAGE of primer extension reactions containing Templates with a T or C at position N + 1 were incubated with ddATP and dGTP-ONH₂. Aliquots of the samples were treated with PEG aldehyde at 65 °C for 10 h. The samples were resolved on a 14% PAGE gel for analysis.
