Oligosaccharides in the fraction eluted from the solid phase with a 90:10 deionized water-acetonitrile solution and their constituent monosaccharidesa. Data were obtained using a nESI-FTICR instrument in negative ion-detection mode and tandem mass spectrometry. Oligosaccharide compositions were assigned using an in-home Glycan Finder program.
