Oligosaccharides in the fraction eluted from the solid phase with an 80:20 deionized water-acetonitrile solution and their constituent monosaccharidesa. Data were obtained using a MALDI-FTICR instrument in positive ion-detection mode and tandem mass spectrometry. Oligosaccharide compositions were assigned using an in-home Glycan Finder program.
