Oligosaccharides in the fraction eluted from the solid phase with a 60:40 deionized water-acetonitrile solution containing 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid and their constituent monosaccharidesa. Data obtained using an nESI-FTICR instrument in negative ion-detection mode and tandem mass spectrometry. Oligosaccharide compositions were assigned using an in-home Glycan Finder program.
