Pearson's correlation coefficient (r) was calculated for the fluorescence intensities for the wavelengths corresponding to each IP3R fragment and calreticulin as described in Supplementary Figure S4. Results are means±S.E.M. for three to six cells (n is shown for each fragment), with three lines analysed in each cell. *Values significantly different (P<0.05) from NT using one-way ANOVA with Dunnett's post-hoc test.
