Negative logarithms of half effective concentrations (pEC50) and maximum stimulatory effect (EMAX) of acetylcholine on [35S]GTPγS binding in the absence or presence of the indicated concentrations of rapacuronium were obtained by fitting Eq. 5 to the data in Figure 6.
