Two-parameter contour plots are shown on all live cells for expression of CD4 and CD8 (A) or of CD24 and TCRβ (B, left); TCR^hi CD24^lo mature thymocytes are analyzed for CD4 and CD8 expression (B, right). Numbers next to boxes indicate the percentage of cells within that box. Note that the level of CD24 expression was not affected by Ets1 disruption by itself.
