Zag gene expression in adipose tissue of ob/ob and lean mice. Total RNA was extracted from subcutaneous and epididymal fat pads of lean (ob/+) and ob/ob mice, and mRNA levels of (A) Zag and (B) leptin were measured by real-time PCR and normalised to β-actin.
