Electrophoretic analysis of +hydroxylamine (EXP) and −hydroxylamine (CON) samples purified from equal amounts of non-raft and lipid raft-enriched membrane fractions using an optimized ABE method. Purified proteins were resolved by 12.5% SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 staining solution. Each gel lane was cut into four slices (I, II, III, IV). Data represent at least three independent experiments.
